Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Nvalt LLC collects when you use nvalt.ai and the Nvalt agent platform, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise over it.

1. Who we are
Nvalt LLC (“Nvalt”, “we”) is a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its principal place of business at 82 Wendell AVE STE 100, Pittsfield, MA 01201-0766, United States. For any privacy question, write to admin@nvalt.ai.
2. Data we process
Account data. Name, work email, company, and role, supplied when you request a pilot or create a workspace.
Platform telemetry. Aggregate, non-identifying metrics on run duration, tool-call counts, and error rates, used to operate and improve the service.
Customer content. Source code, prompts, diffs and execution traces processed inside an agent sandbox. This is the most sensitive category and is treated separately in section 3.
3. Zero data retention for customer content
Customer content is processed only for the duration of a run. When the sandbox terminates, the associated volume, memory and traces are destroyed. Customer content is never used to train models, is not shared with third parties, and is not retained after the run completes, unless you explicitly enable run history in your workspace settings.
4. Legal bases and international transfers
Where the GDPR applies we rely on legitimate interest for platform telemetry, contract performance for account data, and your instruction for customer content processing. Transfers outside the EEA and UK are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. An enterprise Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
5. Sub-processors
We maintain a current sub-processor list covering cloud hosting, inference capacity and support tooling. Enterprise customers are notified before a new sub-processor is added and may object. Single-tenant and on-premise deployments may remove third-party sub-processors entirely.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing. Email admin@nvalt.ai and we will respond within thirty days.
7. Cookies
nvalt.ai serves no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We set only the strictly necessary cookies required for authenticated sessions on the platform console.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced at least thirty days in advance to workspace administrators. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
